CARING FOR YOUR SILKBERRY
The safest way to care for your Silkberry and to maximize its life cycle is to hand-wash it with pH neutral liquid detergent. We even recommend a gentle shampoo! But if you want to use your washing machine, we recommend investing in a mesh bag to place your silk items. You can also turn your pillowslip inside out and put it in the washing machine with the setting on “delicate” at 30°C (86°F). Do NOT bleach or tumble dry! Also, don’t wring it out after washing as this can break the delicate fibres. Use a towel to soak up the excess water and let it air dry and then steam or iron on low heat with the pillowslip inside out to get rid of wrinkles.

PLACING AN ORDER
Our website allows you to click on any item, amend quantities, and then review and purchase items in the cart. We ask that you review your order carefully before submitting, as the order cannot be amended once submitted.
Sales taxes will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
Your order will be shipped 1-3 business days from the day you've placed your order. We typically ship within 24 hours of the order.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order number. We will also send you an email confirmation with the full details of your order.
We ship via Canada Post. Most orders will have a tracking number which will be sent to you via email.
Some of our items may be available to “pre-order”. This means that you can order in advance before the stock becomes available in our warehouse.
If the item you have pre-ordered is part of a larger order you’ve placed, we may ship some of your items in multiple packages to avoid any unnecessary delays.
In the extremely unlikely event that we are unable to ship the pre-ordered items, you will be immediately notified via e-mail and the order will be cancelled with full refund. If for any reason, you would like to cancel your pre-ordered item(s), please contact us at email@example.com quoting your order confirmation number and we will gladly refund.

Our prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. This means if you're shopping from the states, it costs less than what you see!
